Tay Zonday, the seductive Barry White-like YouTube Celebrity famous for his “Chocolate Rain” performance, has teamed up with Dr.Pepper to deliver a masterpiece performance cleverly titled, “Cherry Chocolate Rain”. The video is incredibly well produced and does a good job of featuring Tay Zonday and entertaining rather than overly promoting Dr.Pepper’s new cherry chocolate drink.

There comes a time in a young man’s life where he feels the sudden need to get bigger muscles. For me, this urge to get ripped hits me each year around Thanksgiving and by Christmas manifest itself into The Yianni Sexy Plan. The Yianni Sexy Plan is a rigorous and overly ambitious routine of bodybuilding fitness and dieting. I will be starting The Yianni Sexy Plan 08′ early this year and like the big geek that I am, I look for all my fitness solutions online (maybe if I looked for them at the gym the plan would work better). I seek a digital outlet that holds all the secrets to becoming Captain America overnight…Or at least as quickly as possible with the least amount of effort. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I might find this miracle site?
Last year I stumbled upon www.HyperStrike.com right about the time I started planning for The Yianni Sexy Plan 07′. This site allows users to create a customized workout plan, providing nutrition resources and a “FitScore”. It also allows you to download your workout routines to your PDA so you can see them while you workout. They have videos of how to do each workout and tracking tools to keep up with your performance. It’s not free, although they have a free trial. I fell off The Yianni Sexy Plan 07′ bandwagon by February so obviously this site doesn’t work, at least not for me.
Any information that will help propel forward The Yianni Sexy Plan 08′ and keep me on track throughout the year would be greatly appreciated.
PS. How did people get buff before the internet? One wonders.

From now on, not only can you spend your college days idling on Facebook, you can even apply to college from Facebook. You can do this through an application called College Planner, which is a tool for student wannabes to research their options and see which colleges their friends are interested in. After you choose the ones you like, you can send your application directly from College Planner.
This application is created by Embark, a company specializing in helping youngsters research, choose and apply to colleges and schools.
Sounds like a surprisingly useful Facebook app; however, I cringe at the generation of donut-throwing, vampire-biting Facebookheads getting their hands on something like this, and I feel sorry for the folks at colleges who are actually going to have to look through all these applications.
